... that island is so beautiful! Especially when you skip all the main tourism sites in the South and keep to the North and the Nationalpark. We had a great time and the weather was perfect, too. Will try to post some pictures on the weekend.

Wednesday night I was at the premiere of 'An Education' at the Berlinale. What a great movie!!! I really, really recommend it. It's an interesting story - Nick Hornby did a great job with the screenplay - with great actors (even without Orlando Bloom *sniff*). It's totally funny with lots of British humor and a melancholic ending. The premiere was really great, the cinema was sold out and many native English speaking people had tickets. The director Lone Scherfing was there, and also two of the actors and Nick Hornby. The atmosphere in the cinema was really enthusiastic with spontaneous applause and loud laughing at the jokes. So if you have the chance to see the movie, do it! :)

Next Saturday I'll do something kind of drastic: I'll end my days as a blonde. I dyed my hair blond in the summer before I started my biology study and now that I'm finishing it in the next weeks it's the right time for something new. So I have an appointment with my hairdresser to transform me into a brunette. I just hope that will look somewhat good...

Don't know what got into me but last week I watched the new episode (at least for Germans) of 'Criminal Minds' on TV and I was totally amazed. I ran to the video store and rented the whole first season. And I'm so hooked! It's nail-biting thrilling and all the characters are great. And okay, I admit it, I'm totally smitten with the actor, Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays Dr. Spencer Reid. What a gorgeous guy...
